The Cambodia Restaurant Association, under the leadership of President Ms. Franz Heng, has partnered with the Cambodia Tourism Board, helmed by CEO Mr. Ith Vichit, in a historic collaboration aimed at bringing Khmer gastronomy to the forefront of global cuisine.

This ambitious project kicked off with a prestigious gathering at Villa 5 Contemporary Cuisine, where Cambodia's culinary key figures came together with a shared vision. The newly formed cuisine committee, bringing together distinguished chefs from across the country, has taken on the crucial task of curating a definitive collection of traditional Khmer dishes worthy of international recognition.
