The newly formed cuisine committee, bringing together distinguished chefs from across the country, has taken on the crucial task of curating a definitive collection of traditional Khmer dishes worthy of international recognition. The initiative marks a significant milestone in Cambodia's journey to showcase its rich culinary heritage to the world. Food enthusiasts and cultural travelers can look forward to more exciting developments in the coming months as Cambodia continues to position itself as a notable destination on the global culinary map.
